1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "pas4d", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the pas4d betting platform, its operators, and affiliated entities.
• "User", "you", or "player" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the pas4d platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account created to access pas4d services.
• "Platform" or "Service" refers to the pas4d website, mobile interface, and all associated betting services.
• "Deposit" refers to funds transferred by the user into their pas4d account for the purpose of placing bets.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the process of transferring funds from a pas4d account to the user's designated bank account or cryptocurrency wallet.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the pas4d platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and pas4d.

pas4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. 3. Eligibility Requirements

To use pas4d services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. pas4d strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Legal Jurisdiction: You must be a resident of Indonesia or located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of pas4d complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws in your jurisdiction.
• Mental Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. You must not be under any legal incapacity or restriction that would prevent you from accepting these terms.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one account with pas4d. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances and bonuses.
• Non-Exclusion: You must not be registered with any self-exclusion or gambling restriction program. If you have previously self-excluded from pas4d or any affiliated platform, you must not attempt to create a new account.

4. Account Registration

To access pas4d betting services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. You agree to:

• Provide truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number.
• Submit valid identification documents when requested, including a government-issued ID (KTP Nasional for Indonesian residents), proof of address, and any other documentation required for identity verification.

• Immediately notify pas4d of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach.

pas4d reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, provision of false information, or violation of these terms.

Account Verification (KYC): As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, pas4d implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to provide identification documents at any time. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access. Verification is typically completed within 1-24 hours of document submission.

5. Deposits and Payments

pas4d accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP), cryptocurrency (USDT TRC-20, Bitcoin, Ethereum), and e-wallets. The following terms apply to all deposits:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20,000 for bank transfers and $10 equivalent for cryptocurrency deposits.
• Processing Time: Bank transfer deposits are typically credited instantly during banking hours (08:00-21:00 WIB). Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after network confirmation, usually within 10-30 minutes.
• No Deposit Fees: pas4d does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• Currency: All deposits are accepted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or cryptocurrency equivalents. Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate.
• Source of Funds: You confirm that all funds deposited into your pas4d account are legally obtained and belong to you. pas4d reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds at any time.
• Anti-Money Laundering: pas4d maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Suspicious deposit patterns or amounts may trigger additional verification requirements or account restrictions.

Deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases where pas4d determines, at its sole discretion, that a deposit was made in error or as a result of technical malfunction. In such cases, the deposit will be returned to the original payment method.

6. Withdrawals and Payouts

Users may request withdrawals of their account balance at any time, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and $10 equivalent for cryptocurrency withdrawals.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Standard daily withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 for bank transfers and $20,000 equivalent for cryptocurrency. VIP players may have higher limits based on their tier.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-6 hours during business hours (08:00-21:00 WIB) on business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 30-60 minutes. Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
• Verification Requirement: All withdrawal requests require completed account verification (KYC). First-time withdrawals may require additional documentation and processing time.
• Same Payment Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement.
• Wagering Requirements: Any deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the bonus terms.
• Withdrawal Fees: pas4d does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, your receiving bank or wallet provider may charge fees, which are your responsibility.

pas4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents or information before processing any withdrawal. We also reserve the right to refuse or delay withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these terms.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

pas4d may offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives to users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible users who meet the specific criteria for each promotion. Users with multiple accounts, suspected bonus abusers, and self-excluded users are not eligible for bonuses.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion.
• Expiration: Bonuses and free bets have expiration periods, after which they will be removed from your account if wagering requirements have not been met.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game types. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less or not at all.

• Bonus Abuse: pas4d strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting patterns, or any strategy designed to guarantee profit from bonuses. Detected bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and possible account termination.

pas4d reserves the right to modify, cancel, or refuse any bonus at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if we determine that bonus terms have been violated or that bonus abuse has occurred.

8. Betting Rules

All bets placed on pas4d are subject to these general betting rules, in addition to any specific rules that apply to individual games or markets:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not valid until it has been accepted and confirmed by pas4d's system and a transaction ID has been generated. You are responsible for verifying that your intended bets have been accepted correctly.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game and market has minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed before you place a bet. pas4d reserves the right to refuse any bet that exceeds these limits or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
• Odds and Results: All odds are subject to change until the time a bet is placed and confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked. Results are determined based on official sources and pas4d's determination is final in all disputes.
• Voided Bets: pas4d reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious error, technical malfunction, fraudulent activity, or if the integrity of a sporting event is compromised. In the event of a voided bet, the stake is returned to your account.
• Settlement: Winning bets are settled and credited to your account as soon as the official result is confirmed. Settlement times vary by sport and event type. Sportsbook bets are typically settled within minutes after event conclusion.
• Disputes: Any disputes regarding bet settlement must be reported to pas4d customer support within 14 days of the event in question. pas4d's decision on all disputes is final and binding.

Sportsbook-Specific Rules: For sportsbook betting, including football (bandar bola), basketball, and other sports, official league and tournament rules apply. In the event of postponed or abandoned matches, specific rules apply as detailed in our sportsbook terms.

Casino Game Rules: All casino games, including slots, live casino, and togel, are governed by the rules of the individual game providers. Game rules and RTP (Return to Player) percentages are available within each game interface.

9. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pas4d account credentials. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your password, security questions, or authentication codes with any third party.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public computers.
• Immediately notify pas4d if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pas4d and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to payment fraud, identity theft, or collusion with other users.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other form of advantage play that pas4d determines to be contrary to the spirit of fair play.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the pas4d platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pas4d staff or other users.
• Using offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language in chat functions or communications with pas4d.

pas4d reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of these terms. We may suspend accounts, withhold withdrawals, and cooperate with law enforcement authorities as necessary. In cases of proven fraud or illegal activity, pas4d may pursue legal action and seek recovery of any losses incurred.

11. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pas4d and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds or inability to place bets due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Errors in odds, results, or bet settlement.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Any interruption or cessation of service, whether temporary or permanent.

pas4d provides the platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. pas4d is not responsible for any gambling losses you incur. You agree to gamble responsibly and within your means.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, pas4d's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

pas4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Provision of false or misleading information.
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be closed).
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.

In the event of account termination for violation of these terms, any remaining balance in your account may be forfeited. If your account is closed in good standing, you may request withdrawal of your remaining balance, subject to any applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures.

You may close your account at any time by contacting pas4d customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Any unclaimed balances will be held for 90 days, after which they may be forfeited.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and regulations applicable to online betting platforms. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of pas4d shall be resolved through the following process:

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms must be brought exclusively in the appropriate jurisdiction and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pas4d regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
